Eligibility
• Executive Director (Operations & Technical): Graduate in Engineering with good academic record from a recognized university/institution. Certificate of Competency as Master (FG) / Dredge Master Grade-I / MEO Class-I / Dredge Engineer Grade-I. Management degree from a reputed institution (added advantage). Age Limit
• Minimum Age: 45 years • Age relaxation is applicable as per rules. Internal candidates get 2 years residual service, others get 3 years residual service as on the date of vacancy with respect to the date of superannuation.
Salary
• Basic Pay: Rs. 1,20,000 - 2,80,000 • Selected candidates will be granted Five additional increments on the minimum basic of Rs.1,20,000/-, i.e., Rs.1,39,130/- • HRA, DA, perks and allowances, Leased Accommodation, Company vehicle, medical benefits, superannuation benefits payable as per the Rules of the Company. • Total CTC: Rs.50 Lakh - Rs.55 Lakh at the minimum of the scale.
