Eligibility
• Graduate degree in a professional course (B.E/B.TECH) in the first division with NET/GATE qualification. • Post Graduate degree in a professional course (M.E/M.TECH) in the first division, with both Graduate and Post Graduate levels being in the first division. • Post Graduate degree in Basic Science in the first division with NET qualification.
Age Limit
• Maximum Age: 28 years • Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates.
Salary
• Rs. 37,000/- per month plus HRA for the first two years. • Rs. 42,000/- per month plus HRA for the third year. • Rs. 48,100/- per month plus HRA for the fourth and fifth year (if applicable).

• Shortlisting on the basis of GATE score/percentage of marks. • Personal/Online Interview.
