Eligibility

Salary
Selected interns will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 5,000/- for the six-month duration. The stipend is paid in two slabs of three months each, with Rs. 15,000/- credited directly to the student's bank account per slab. No boarding, lodging, or transport allowance is provided; students must make their own arrangements. A wet canteen facility is available at CVRDE for lunch and tea on a payment basis.
Selection Process
• Selection is entirely on a merit basis, considering the candidate's academic track record (≥85% marks or ≥8.5 CGPA in every previous semester). • Shortlisted students will be intimated through their registered e-mail ID along with joining instructions. • Candidates who are not selected will not receive any communication. • CVRDE/DRDO reserves the right to change the vacancy positions or selection criteria at any point during the selection process without assigning any reason.

Important Instructions
• Police verification is required at the time of joining, if selected. • A medical fitness certificate from an authorised practitioner holding at least an MBBS or BAMS degree must be submitted at the time of joining. • CVRDE/DRDO is under no obligation to offer employment to interns after completion of the internship, and interns cannot claim any right to employment on this basis. • The completion certificate and stipend will not be awarded to students who are unable to complete the internship for any reason. • The advertisement and enclosures (Appendix A, B, C) can be downloaded from the official DRDO website.
