• JRF Post No. 01: First Class B.E/B.Tech (Electrical, EEE/ECE/Electronics) with valid GATE Score OR ME/M.Tech in Electrical/EEE/ECE/Electronics with first division both at Graduate and Post Graduate levels. • JRF Post No. 02: First Class B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical/Aerospace) with valid GATE Score OR ME/M.Tech in Mechanical/Aerospace with first division both at Graduate and Post Graduate levels. • JRF Post No. 03: First Class B.E/B.Tech (Material Science) with valid GATE Score OR ME/M.Tech in Material Science with first division both at Graduate and Post Graduate levels. • JRF Post No. 04: First Class B.E/B.Tech (CSE) with valid GATE Score OR ME/M.Tech in Computer Science with first division both at Graduate and Post Graduate levels. • RA Post No. 05: Ph.D in Electronics OR ME/M.Tech in first division (Electronics) with 3 years of research, teaching experience in a reputed institution.
Age Limit
• Maximum Age Limit: 35 years • Age Relaxation: SC/ST up to 5 years, OBC up to 3 years.
Salary
• JRF Posts: Rs. 37,000/- Per Month • RA Post: Rs. 67,000/- Per Month
