• Fill in the bio-data proforma (Annexure-A), which comes with the notice, and sign it. It asks for details such as date of birth, date of entry into service and retirement, a chronological employment record with pay scales and duties, present emoluments, and the nature of present employment. It also covers additional qualifications, training, achievements (publications, awards, patents) and whether you are SC/ST. • Get the application countersigned by your employer or cadre controlling authority, with seal. • The sponsoring authority forwards the application with the required certificates and documents to the Under Secretary (Administration), Department of Water Resources, RD & GR, Shram Shakti Bhawan, Rafi Marg, New Delhi, within the extended period. • You may email an advance copy to [email protected] or [email protected].
