Selection Process
Selection will be based on merit, taking into account knowledge, skills, practice and experience. Candidates will be engaged on a contract basis for an initial period of two years with yearly extensions based on satisfactory performance. The selection committee, chaired by the Principal District & Sessions Judge, will conduct the process under NALSA regulations, subject to final approval by the Executive Chairman, SLSA.
