Eligibility
• Qualification: Diploma in Electronics Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering or Electrical and Electronics or a combination of above from a recognized institution or equivalent qualification. • Experience: One year experience in the installation and maintenance of wireless transmitters, receivers, aerial systems and associated power plant. • Age limit: 18 to 27 years (as on 8 December 2026) Other conditions: • Person with Disabilities (PwD) can apply. • Final selected candidates are liable to be transferred anywhere in India. Desirable: • Experience in the handling of microwave equipment is desirable.
Exam Pattern
Part / Paper: Subject | Questions | Marks Part A: General knowledge / Aptitude test | 40 | 40 Part B: Technical | 60 | 60 • 1/3rd of the mark shall be deducted for each wrong answer. • Mobile phones, calculators and other devices are not allowed in the examination hall.

• Download the application form from www.dgll.nic.in or www.ncs.gov.in. • Fill up the application in your own handwriting with blue or black ball point pen in capital letters. • Affix normal signature and left thumb impression. • Enclose self-attested photocopies of required certificates and an extra identical passport size photograph. • Send by speed post or registered post to The Director, Directorate of Lighthouses and Lightships, ‘Deep Bhavan’, Near GMC Stadium, Bambolim, North Goa, Goa – 403 202. • Make sure it reaches by 8 December 2026.
