Eligibility
• Junior Clerk-Cum-Copyist: Passed at least +3 examination or equivalent from a recognized university; Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute; able to speak, read, and write Odia. • Junior Typist: Passed at least +3 examination or equivalent from a recognized university; Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute; minimum speed of 40 words per minute in typewriting in English through Computer; able to speak, read, and write Odia. • Stenographer Grade-III: Passed at least +3 examination or equivalent from a recognized university; Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute; minimum speed of 80 words in shorthand and 40 words in typewriting per minute in English through Computer; able to speak, read, and write Odia. • Driver: Passed Higher Secondary School Certificate examination (10+2) or equivalent; valid driving licence for Light Motor Vehicle; knowledge of motor mechanism; experience of driving motor car for at least three years; able to read, write, and speak Odia.
Age Limit
• Minimum Age: 18 years • Maximum Age: 42 years • Upper age limit relaxed for reserved categories as per Odisha District and Civil Courts’ Judicial Staff Services (Method of Recruitment & Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008 and Amendments.
