• Shorthand Typist Grade-3 (Hindi): Graduate from a recognized university; Hindi Shorthand and Typing passed from a recognized board; Knowledge of Hindi typing in computer; Knowledge of computer applications; Knowledge of Chhattisgarhi/local language. • Assistant Grade-3 Cadre: Graduate from a recognized university; One year Diploma in Computer from a recognized board/university; Knowledge of Hindi and English typing in computer; Knowledge of Chhattisgarhi/local language. • Vehicle Driver: 8th pass from a recognized board; Valid commercial driving license; Experience of driving all types of vehicles; Knowledge of Chhattisgarhi/local language.

• Minimum Age: 18 years • Maximum Age: 30 years • Age Relaxation: SC/ST/OBC: 5 years; Women (CG residents): 10 years; Ex-servicemen/Govt employees: 5 years; Maximum age 45 years.
