Age Limit
• Principal: minimum 30 years and maximum 45 years, with at least 04 years of teaching experience in Classes 9 to 12. • All other posts: minimum 25 years and maximum 45 years. • The maximum age for service in the Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalayas is 60 years.
Selection Process
Selection is on merit. A candidate's merit score is worked out from her marks as follows: Examination / Degree: Merit Marks High School: Percentage of marks x 10/100 Intermediate: Percentage of marks x 10/100 Graduation: Percentage of marks x 20/100 Postgraduation: Percentage of marks x 20/100 Training: Percentage of marks in theory and practical x 30/100 Applicants for Office Superintendent/Clerk take a computer typing test in Hindi and English at NIC. At the time of selection, the certificates of teaching and non-teaching staff are verified with the board or institution that issued them. The honorarium is paid only after this verification.
How to Apply
• Get the application form in the prescribed format. It is printed with the notice and is also available at www.kheri.nic.in. • Fill in every point clearly. The form asks for the post and subject, your name, father's and husband's names, permanent and correspondence addresses, Aadhaar number, mobile number, category, date of birth (in figures and words), age on 01 April 2026, marks from Class 8 up to B.Ed, experience and the number of enclosures. Paste a recent photograph and sign the declaration. • Fill a separate form for each post you apply for. • Attach readable, self-attested copies of all your qualification documents. • Write the post name and subject on the outside of the envelope. • Put 02 self-addressed envelopes inside, each with Rs. 56 in postage stamps. • Send it by registered post or speed post to: Office of the District Basic Education Officer, Samagra Shiksha, Janpad Lakhimpur Kheri, PIN 262701. It must arrive by 5 PM on 30 November 2026. Forms that arrive after this are not accepted.
