Eligibility
• Mid-Level Health Provider: Diploma in GNM/B.Sc Nursing from a recognized University/Institution. • Multi Purpose Hospital Worker: Minimum 8th Standard with the ability to read and write. • Audiologist & Speech Therapists: BASLP Courses from a recognized institution. • Occupational Therapist: Bachelors/Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized University. • Audio metrician: 12th grade with science subjects, followed by a one-year certificate course in audiometry from a government or recognized institution, or a Diploma in Hearing Language and Speech (DHLS). • Radiographer: B.Sc Radiography. • OT Assistant: 3 Months OT Technician Course from recognized University/Institutions. • ANM: ANM qualification from Government or Government approved private Auxiliary Nurse Midwife School recognized by the Indian Nursing Council.
