Officer holding analogous Post on regular basis OR With 3 years' regular service in the pay matrix Level - 10 OR With 5 years' regular service in the pay matrix Level - 8 OR With 8 years' regular service in the Pay matrix Level - 6. • Dy. Director (Consumer Assistance): Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution. Demonstrated ability in dealing with consumer problems. 5 years' experience in power sector in areas directly connected to end users.
