Eligibility
• Must hold a certificate of competency as Master of foreign going ship issued by the Ministry of Shipping, Govt. of India or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of Shipping, Govt. of India. • One-year post qualification experience as Master/Chief Officer of a foreign going ship.
Age Limit
• Maximum Age Limit: 40 years • Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC(NCL), 55 years for existing Major Port employees, 10 years for PwBD (not exceeding 56 years), as per Govt guidelines for Ex-servicemen.
