Eligibility
• Assistant Responsible Officer: Post Graduate degree in Social Work/Sociology/Child Development/Human Rights/Public Administration/Psychiatry/Law/Public Health/Community Resource Management. At least 3 years of experience in Documentation, training & Capacity Building, Project formulation/implementation, monitoring and supervision preferably in Women & Child Development/Social Welfare. Proficiency in Computers. • Home Superintendent Officer: Graduate preferably in B.A in Social Work/Sociology/Social Sciences or LLB. Experience of at least 2 years in Govt./NGO/Legal Matters preferably in Women & Child Rights. Good understanding of Women & Child right & protection issues. Proficiency in Computers. • Counselor: Master's degree in Psychology. Preference for candidates with experience working with children in conflict with the law. • Store Keeper and Accountant: Graduate in Commerce/Mathematics. At least 1-year experience in the desired field. Computer Skills & command on Tally. • House Father/Mother: 12th pass. • Nursing Assistant: 10th pass and completed a training course for Nursing Assistant. • Teacher: Diploma in Teacher Education (D.Ed.) OR Bachelor's Degree in Teacher Education. • Art and Music Teacher: Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Drawing and Painting or a Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Music. • Yoga Trainer: Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Yoga. • Cook: 8th pass. • Night Watchman: 8th pass. • House Keeper: 8th pass.
