Salary
DCIL provides stipend to all trainees during the training period. Post: Stipend | Victualing Allowance Trainee Marine Engineer (TME): Rs. 25,000/- per month | Rs. 600/- per day Trainee Electrical Officer (TELO): Rs. 25,000/- per month | Rs. 600/- per day Trainee SHM / Trainee ERR: Rs. 15,000/- per month | Rs. 405/- per day Trainee Cook: Rs. 10,000/- per month | Rs. 405/- per day NCV Trainee (NCV(T)): Rs. 10,000/- per month | Rs. 405/- per day Bank Guarantee Requirement: • TME / TELO: Rs. 3,00,000/- (must serve DCI for 5 years post-training) • Trainee SHM / ERR / Cook: Rs. 1,00,000/- (must serve DCI for 2 years post-training)

Follow the steps below: • Visit the official DCI website at https://www.dredge-india.com/career. • Download the prescribed Bio-Data format available on the career page. • Fill in the Bio-Data form completely - include post applied for, date of birth, qualifications, CDC/Passport/INDOS details, and full experience history. • Attach self-attested photocopies of all required certificates (COC, CDC, Passport, INDOS, STCW 2010, Mark Sheets, Caste Certificate as applicable). • Send the soft copy of your Bio-Data and all documents to [email protected] on or before 17th June 2026 by 15:00 hours. • Senior fleet ranks unable to attend in person (Dredge Master, Chief Officer, Chief Engineer Officer, 2nd Engineer Officer) - mention "Request for attending Interview through VC Mode" in the subject line of your email. • Appear at the walk-in interview venue with original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies on the scheduled date. • Candidates currently on board (internal floating staff) who cannot sign off must attend via VC mode with the recommendation of the Master concerned. Note: Candidates attending the Walk-In Interview under this advertisement need not apply online.
