Candidates must satisfy all of the following conditions to be considered eligible: • Minimum age of 18 years. • Minimum qualification: passed Higher Secondary School Certificate (12th / H.S.C.) examination. • Basic computer knowledge is required; candidates holding an MSCIT or CCC certificate will be given preference. • Must be a local resident of the concerned Gram Panchayat / Nagar Parishad / Nagar Panchayat / Municipal Corporation area applied for. • Must possess Aadhaar card, PAN card, a bank account, and other necessary documents. • Must not have been convicted of moral turpitude, financial fraud, or cyber crime.
