Selection Process
The CSL Recruitment 2026 selection process is conducted out of 100 marks at CSL, Kochi. Based on the number of applications received, CSL may shortlist candidates by scrutinising eligibility through the certificates uploaded during application. Only shortlisted candidates are permitted to attend the selection process, and original certificates with self-attested copies must be produced at the time of Certificate Verification. A rank list is prepared based on marks secured in the selection process. If two or more candidates secure the same marks, relative merit is decided based on seniority in age.
