Post: Vacancies | Pay (per month) Project Associate-II (2.2 PAT-II): 1 | (a) Rs. 35,000/- + HRA; (b) Rs. 28,000/- + HRA The notice states that the anticipated vacancy may be 2, depending on the availability of funds, and that the second candidate will be selected from the waiting list. The higher rate of Rs. 35,000 plus HRA applies to candidates who have qualified CSIR-UGC / ICAR / ICMR NET lectureship / Assistant professorship or GATE, or national-level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments like DBT/DST or equivalent and/or their Agencies/Institutions. Selection Process
Selection will be done on the basis of a walk-in interview at CSIR-NEERI, Nagpur. Meeting the minimum qualification does not by itself entitle a candidate to an interview. If a large number of applications is received, preference will be given to candidates under the criteria adopted by the Screening Committee. The notice's general conditions also say that shortlisted candidates will be invited for an online interview, with the information uploaded on the website/portal. No TA will be paid for attending the interview in the case of offline interviews.
