Age Limit
The maximum age limit is 35 years for all posts under this notification, assessed as on the date of the Walk-in-Interview for the relevant post. Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST/PwBD/Women candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates (or as per Government of India instructions issued from time to time). Selection Process
Selection is based on performance in the interview, or any other criteria adopted by the Selection Committee. If a large number of candidates appear, the Selection/Screening Committee has the discretion to shortlist candidates through a written exam or any other criteria it deems fit before the interview. A panel of suitable candidates is drawn up after the selection process, valid for a maximum of one year; empanelment does not automatically guarantee engagement, and utilization depends on the number of positions available across projects during that period.

No. 13/2026/PS) from the CSIR-NAL website and fill it completely. • Report in person at CSIR-NAL (RAB Meeting Complex, National Aerospace Laboratories), Adjacent to SBI NAL Branch, Kodihalli, Bengaluru – 560017, between 9:00 AM and 9:45 AM on the date fixed for the post/specialization you are applying for. • Bring a copy of your Aadhaar Card or another Government-issued photo ID, the duly filled application form, a latest passport-size photograph, and original certificates along with one set of photocopies (including Caste Certificate, if applicable, in the proper format). • Candidates wishing to apply for more than one position must apply separately for each position. • Be prepared to return the next day if your interview is not completed on the scheduled date for any reason. No TA/DA is paid for attending the Walk-in-Interview. Candidates already working in CSIR-NAL or any other CSIR lab must bring a "No Objection Certificate" from their Project Leader/HOD at the time of interview.
