• The engagement is purely temporary and co-terminus with the tenure of the project, or 6 years (total period of engagement under one project and/or combination of projects), whichever is earlier. • This engagement does not confer any right or claim for regularization to a permanent post at CSIR. • Engagement may be terminated at any time on one month's notice from either side, or one month's emoluments in lieu thereof. • The date for determining age, essential qualification, and experience is the last date of submission of application. • Women project personnel are eligible for maternity leave of 180 days, and male project personnel for paternity leave of 15 days, in case of two surviving children, as per CSIR norms. • Project personnel are entitled to 12 days of leave per year (at the rate of one day per month); any leave beyond this is without emoluments, calculated on a pro-rata basis. • CSIR-IMMT reserves the right not to fill any position, and the number of positions and duration of engagement may increase or decrease as per institutional requirements. • Candidates found guilty of malpractice or seeking undue influence during the selection process will be disqualified
