For Metros/PSUs: 17 years executive experience with 3 years as JGM in IDA scale Rs. 90,000 - 2,40,000. For Private Sector: 17 years executive experience with 3 years in senior management (equivalent to JGM in PSU) reporting to top management in a firm of Rs. 500 Crore project size or Rs. 100 Crore turnover. • Manager Posts (Telecom, Electrical Traction, Electrical & Mechanical): Officers in Senior Time Scale (STS) in Railways/GoI or Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE) in State Govt with 7 years executive experience.
