• Fill in the application on the Online Application Portal (OAP) of the Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways. • Take a printout of the online application and stick a self-attested passport-size photo on it. • Attach copies of your educational qualifications and experience, and an undertaking that you will not withdraw if selected (the Self Undertaking at Annexure-5). • Submit the printout through proper channel to your own Port Authority. • Your Port Authority forwards the application, with the documents listed below, so that it reaches the Secretary, Chennai Port Authority, Rajaji Salai, Chennai - 600 001, by the last date.
