Should be required to undergo Basic Course in Medical Education provided their broad specialty subject is covered under undergraduate training. Should have completed the basic course in Biomedical Research from Institution designated by NMC. Experience: 3 years. • Associate Professor: MCI/NMC recognized Post graduate (MD/MS/DNB/DrNB/MDS/M.Sc, Ph.D) from an institute established by law in India. Assistant professor in the subject for five years for those appointed directly as Assistant Professor in Government medical institution.
