Eligibility
• 10th class pass from a school located in Chhattisgarh or Madhya Pradesh. • Scheduled Tribe candidates are eligible with a 5th class pass. • Candidates of all categories from Naxal-affected families in the state, or from families living in relief camps in Naxal-affected areas, are eligible with a 5th class pass. The qualification must be held on the last date for submitting applications. Attaching the qualification certificate with the form is the applicant's own responsibility.

Selection Process
Selection takes place in stages, starting with document verification and physical measurement. Separate dates will be issued for each stage. Stage: Content | Marks Physical Efficiency Test: Long jump, high jump, shot put, 100 metre race and 800 metre race, 20 marks each | 100 Written Examination: Objective questions on general knowledge, intelligence, analytical ability, local geographical structure, culture, tradition, social values and arithmetic | 50 Interview: Interview before selection | 20 (maximum) Bonus Marks: Certificates and local dialect knowledge | 30 (maximum)
