Eligibility
• Consultant - Marketing: MBA in Marketing or a Master's/Postgraduate Degree in Communication/Advertising from a premier global or national institutions. Experience: 8-12 years of experience in Brand Management with a significant tenure in Lifestyle, Luxury or Heritage Sectors. • Consultant - Retail Operations: Master Degree in Luxury Brand Management, Retail Operations or Fashion Management from a premier institute. Experience: 10+ years of experience in premium or Luxury retail with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity managing large-format flagship Operations. • Consultant - IT: An MBA or Equivalent Post-Graduate Degree in Management, with specializations in Product or Systems Management preferred. Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in digital Product Management, Managing Cross-functional teams of developer and UI/UX designers. • Special Advisor For Undertaking Organizational Restructuring, Industrial Relations Management & Human Resources Optimization On Project Basis: MBA (HR)/Master's Degree in Human Resource Management/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare from a recognized University/institution. OR Post Graduate Degree in Management with specialization in Human Resources. Additional qualifications in Labour Laws, Organizational Development, Public Administration or Change Management will be desirable. Salary
