Must have unblemished service record and possess Service Certificate from the previous employer. Experience as an officer/permanent employee of 10 years. Candidate should be resident of the same State, preferably from same or nearby District of FLCC i.e. Coochbehar. Desirable: Computer literate, proficient in MS Office, internet, typing in local language. Excellent communication skill in local language.
