Eligibility
There are four YP-II posts in the discipline of Genetics & Plant Breeding. The pay is Rs. 42,000/- (fixed/consolidated) per month for YP-II. The notice gives no category-wise break-up of the four posts.
Age Limit
The minimum age is 21 years and the maximum 45 years on the last date of submission of application. A relaxation of 3 years on the maximum age limit will be given to SC/BC etc. candidates.
Selection Process
Selection is by interview. The interview will be held on 21 November 2026 at 9:30 A.M. in the office of the Director of Research, CCS HAU, Hisar. No separate letter for interview will be issued, and no TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
Important Instructions
• The appointment will be co-terminus with the project. If work and conduct are not found satisfactory, services can be terminated any time after giving due opportunity of being heard. • A selected candidate who wants to leave can do so after giving one month's notice in writing to the University. • Services are also liable to be terminated at any time, without assigning any reason, because of non-release of funds by the funding agency. • On completion of the project, the employee will stand relieved; the University/department will not be responsible for adjustment on any other post. • A medical certificate of fitness from the CMO of the University is required at the time of joining. • The selected candidate should report for duty within 10 days of the order of appointment; otherwise the appointment will be treated as cancelled and may be offered to another selected candidate. • An agreement on non-judicial stamped paper of Rs. 15/- must be executed before joining. • YPs shall be subject to the laws of secrecy of the country and will sign a declaration of secrecy and Non-Disclosure agreement before reporting (Annexure-I). • The engagement will not constitute a regular job or appointment of any nature in the University; failure to comply with the Standards of Conduct will be a ground for termination without notice.
