Eligibility
• Manager (Accounts Department): Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with basic knowledge of computer applications. Minimum 7 years overall experience. Minimum 3 years in Housing Finance Company (HFC)/NBFC/Banking sector in Finance & Accounts stream. • Manager (Credit Underwriting Department): Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with basic knowledge of computer applications. Minimum 7 years overall experience. Minimum 3 years of experience in (HFC)/NBFC/ Banking sector in Credit underwriting or Disbursement/Operation Department.
Age Limit
• Maximum age up to 40 years. • Age relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates.
Salary
• Maximum Remuneration (CTC) determined based on the candidate's qualification, experience, and current CTC from the existing employer, ensuring a prudent and reasonable fit within the Company's compensation structure. • Annual increment applicable as per Company's Policy.
