Eligibility
• Chartered Accountant from recognized Institution. • Basic Knowledge of computer applications including knowledge of Advance Excel. • Minimum experience of 15 years, including at least 3 years in a Senior Managerial Position in the field of finance, accounting, taxation, audit, and financial management, in Banks/Financial Institutions / NBFCs /Housing Finance Companies. • Experience in Housing Finance / NBFC sector shall be preferred. • Strong exposure to: Financial reporting (Ind AS), Regulatory compliance (NHB/RBI), Treasury & ALM management, Budgeting & financial planning, Taxation (Direct & Indirect – GST). • Experience in dealing with: Statutory Auditors / Internal Auditors, Regulatory inspections (NHB/RBI/CAG). • Management Trainee/Internship period will not be considered as count of experience.
Age Limit
• Maximum Age: 45 years • Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC.
Salary
• CTC offer to the selected candidate shall be determined based on the Candidates qualification, experience and current CTC form the existing Employer ensuring prudent and reasonable fit within the Company's compensation structure & Industry structure. • Annual increment applicable as per Company's Policy.
