Eligibility
• Research Associate (RA)/ Project Scientist: PhD in Engineering (Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation / RF and Microwave Engineering/ Embedded Systems or related field) or PhD in Sciences (Physics, Materials Science, Electronics, Photonics, Quantum Technologies, or a related discipline). Desirable: M.Tech/M.E. in Microwave/Electronics/ Microelectronics/VLSI. Minimum 2 years of experience in research and development. • Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Bachelor's degree (B.Tech /B.E. Electronic/ Electrical / Instrumentation / RF Microwave Engineering/ Communication) or Master's degree in Physics /Electronics or equivalent. Desirable: M.Tech /M.E. in Microwave/Electronics /Microelectronics/VLSI and Microwave/Antenna/ Communication PCB Design and circuit design is preferable. • Project Associate: Bachelor's degree (B.Tech /B.E. Electronic/ Electrical / Instrumentation / RF Microwave Engineering/ Communication) or Master's degree in Physics /Electronics or equivalent. Desirable: M.Tech/M.E. in Microwave/Electronics/ micro-electronics/VLSI and Microwave/Antenna/ Communication/ PCB Design and circuit design is preferable. • Project Assistant: Bachelor's degree in science / 3-year Diploma in Engineering & Technology or equivalent.
Age Limit
• Research Associate (RA): 35-40 years • Junior Research Fellow (JRF)/Project Associate: 28-30 years • Project Assistant: 28 years • Age relaxation shall be provided as per Govt. of India rules. However, there is no age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates for the Unreserved (UR) position.
Salary
• Research Associate (RA): ₹58,000/- + HRA + 1 month basic towards medical • Junior Research Fellow (JRF): ₹37,000/- + HRA + 1 month basic towards medical • Project Associate: ₹30,000/- + HRA + 1 month basic towards medical • Project Assistant: ₹20,000/- + HRA + 1 month basic towards medical
