How to Apply
Every applicant must use the prescribed application form. It is attached to the advertisement in both Hindi and English and is also available on the NABI website (https://nabi.res.in/site/career). CVs sent only by email or phone will not be accepted as valid applications. The steps depend on the interview mode printed under each post. • Check the note under your post to see whether its interview is walk-in only, or walk-in or online. • Download the prescribed application form from https://nabi.res.in/site/career and fill it in. If you are applying for more than one post, write each designation, in order of preference, on the same form. • Attach the documents in this order: application form; academic documents from 10th standard up to the qualification the advertisement asks for; experience letter; caste certificate (if any); and self-attested copies of Aadhaar and PAN card at the end. • Walk-in candidates: hand in the filled form at registration at NABI (Knowledge City, Sector-81, Mohali, Punjab-140306) between 09:00 AM and 10:00 AM on 28 October 2026. • Online-interview candidates (Research Associate-1, Research Associate-I (RA-I) and Senior Research Fellow of Project 4 only): put the application and documents, in the same order, into one combined PDF. • Name the PDF file in this format: Candidate Name - Position - Date of interview. • Email the PDF to the PI of the post by 05:00 PM on 23 October 2026, with a request for an online interview and a proper justification.
