• Fill in the application form for Junior Resident (Dental), which is annexed to the notice. • Paste a duly attested passport-size photograph in the box on the form. • Fill in your personal details, valid DMC/DDC/D.C.I No., date of internship completion, academic qualifications (year of passing, university/institution, % of marks, number of attempts), work experience and Aadhaar Number. Write your email id in capital letters. • Sign the declaration and add the date and place. • Attach self-attested photocopies of the documents listed below. • Send the application by post, or hand it in personally, at Room No 136, Diary Section, Ist Floor, Bhagwan Mahavir Hospital, Pitam Pura Delhi-110034, so that it reaches by 24 October 2026, 01.00 pm. Applications received after the due date and time will not be considered. Any delay in the post will not be considered either.
