Age Limit
For both posts, the candidate should be not more than 38 years and not less than 18 years old. The notice does not give the date on which age will be counted. For the discipline-specific eligibility of each post, candidates should check the official notification.
How to Apply
Applications are offline, in the prescribed format. The notice gives these steps: • Fill in the prescribed application form completely in your own handwriting. Incomplete forms will not be considered. • Write your full correspondence address with PIN code, along with your telephone number, mobile number and e-mail ID. • Affix a recent passport size photograph to the form and sign it at the place provided. • Attach self-attested xerox copies of the documents listed below. • Pay the application form fee of Rs.870 + GST (18%) = Rs.1028/-. The notice does not say how the fee is paid. • Make sure the application reaches Ground floor, Administrative Office, New Hinduhridaysamrat Balasaheb Thackeray Medical College building, Vileparle (West), Juhu, Mumbai - 400056 on or before 3 November 2026, up to 12.00 pm. Applications received after this date and time will not be considered, and no correspondence about them will be accepted.

Attested xerox copies of: • Leaving Certificate • Birth Certificate • Domicile Certificate • Educational Qualification Certificates (marksheets and certificates, self-attested) • Secondary and Higher Secondary School Examination Mark List • Employment Qualification Certificate • Marriage Certificate and Gazette copy of name change, for married female candidates. If these are not available, a married female candidate can apply under her name before marriage. • Undergraduate and postgraduate examination passing certificates, if passed in more than the 1st attempt • No Objection Certificate from the previous employer, if the candidate is in service A recent passport size photograph, signed by the candidate, must be affixed to the application form.
