Eligibility

Age Limit
The maximum age limit is 35 years as on 30/10/2026, as per the rules of the BHEL Fixed Tenure Appointment (FTA) policy. Relaxation in the maximum age limit is as per the existing rules of the Government of India and BHEL: Category: Relaxation PwD candidates: 10 years (minimum 40% disability essential)
Selection Process
Selection is through an interview of eligible candidates. • The interview will be held at BHEL CFP Rudrapur in the first week of December 2026. • If more than 10 applications are received, applications will be screened on the merit of total marks obtained in graduation, and at most 10 candidates will be shortlisted for the interview. • If two candidates have equal marks at graduation level, the candidate with higher marks in the Hindi subject will be given preference. • Applicants who meet the prescribed criteria will be called to BHEL Rudrapur, and the information will be sent separately by email. • Original documents must be produced at the time of the interview. • No TA/DA will be paid to candidates attending the interview.
Important Instructions
• A self-declaration on character and background is required at the time of joining. • No relaxation will be given in health standards under the clinical/medical joining norms. The selected candidate must show a medical fitness certificate from an authorised medical officer in the prescribed format. • This appointment will not give any right to regular employment in BHEL. • BHEL has the full right to reschedule, cancel, suspend or end this process, and to change the rules, without giving any reason.
