Post: Vacancies | Fellowship (per month) Senior Research Fellow (SRF): 1 | NET/GATE or equivalent: Rs. 41,000 plus admissible HRANon-NET: Rs. 37,000 plus admissible HRA These fellowship rates depend on specific approval from the funding agency, the availability of sanctioned project funds and the applicable institutional rules.
Age Limit
The upper age limit is 32 years. Reserved and female candidates get age relaxation as per Govt. rules.
Selection Process
Selection is through a walk-in interview at the Department of Marine Sciences, Berhampur University, on 16 November 2026 at 11.00 am. Only candidates who have sent their applications by 14 November may attend. Bring the following to the interview: • Original degree certificates and mark sheets, with one set of photocopies • Passport size colour photos (3 Nos.) • Other relevant documents, such as copies of publications (if any), awards and recommendations No TA/DA or other allowance is paid for attending the interview.
