• Legal Retainer: Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized University/Institute approved by the Bar Council of India. Minimum ten (10) years of continuous membership of the State Bar Council as on the closing date of application.
Age Limit
• Legal Retainer: Not exceeding 40 years as on date of advertisement. • Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST/PWD candidates and for others as per Govt. directives. Relaxation may be given for deserving candidates in exceptional cases.
Salary
• Consolidated monthly Professional Fee of Rs. 35,000/-. Statutory deductions will be made at source.
