Salary
Selected candidates will be engaged on tenure basis and paid the following monthly consolidated remuneration: Pay Component: Amount / Rate Basic Pay: Rs. 23,910/- per month Dearness Allowance (DA): At applicable rates (currently 55.7%) House Rent Allowance (HRA): X Class city: 30%, Y Class city: 20%, Z Class city: 10% (applicable only if Company Quarters is not provided) Medical Expenses: Rs. 1,500/- per month An annual increase of 3% on the Basic Pay is admissible during the tenure, subject to satisfactory performance. Provident Fund is calculated on Basic Pay + DA. Candidates will also be eligible for Gratuity (as per the Gratuity Scheme) and Bonus (as per the Bonus Act), and are covered under applicable Income Tax, Service Tax, and Professional Tax rules.
