Salary
Selected candidates will receive basic pay in the applicable BEML pay scale. The initial basic pay will normally be fixed at the minimum of the scale, although higher starting pay may be considered in suitable cases. Employees may also receive variable dearness allowance, performance-related pay, provident fund, gratuity, company accommodation or house rent allowance and perks or allowances under BEML rules. Cafeteria benefits are currently stated as 15.12% of basic pay.

Selection Process
BEML will shortlist eligible applicants for an assessment based on the details submitted in their applications. Shortlisted candidates will be informed through their registered email addresses, and relevant lists may also be displayed on the BEML website. Candidates selected after the assessment will be required to undergo: • Pre-employment medical examination • Verification of original documents and certificates • Other joining formalities prescribed by BEML Final appointment will be subject to meeting the company's prescribed medical standards and verification requirements.
