Salary
Selected candidates for the post of Senior Engineer / E-III will be placed in the pay scale of ₹50,000 - 3% - ₹1,60,000. Apart from the basic pay, selected candidates will receive additional benefits and allowances as per BEL company rules. • Dearness Allowance (DA) • House Rent Allowance (HRA) • Conveyance Allowance • Perquisites at 35% of annual basic pay • Performance Related Pay • Medical Expense Reimbursement • Group Insurance • Provident Fund (PF) • Pension • Gratuity (if applicable)
