Once paid, it is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. BECIL states that it does not demand or accept any other payment from candidates at any stage of the recruitment.
Selection Process
• Applications are scrutinized and shortlisted on the eligibility criteria prescribed for the post. • BECIL may adopt suitable shortlisting criteria, including higher qualifications or greater relevant experience. Preference may also go to candidates with superior academic credentials or other desirable criteria set by the Client/Principal Employer. • The list of shortlisted candidates is forwarded to the Client/Principal Employer. • The Client carries out the further selection process, which may include an interview, assessment, skill test or any other evaluation method it decides. • Shortlisted candidates are told the date, time and venue or mode through registered email and/or telephone. • Selected candidates are informed of their selection and later formalities through email and/or telephone. Meeting the eligibility conditions does not by itself entitle a candidate to be called for any stage. BECIL is not obliged to publish interim results, stage-wise shortlists or marks. Candidature stays provisional at all stages and is subject to verification of original documents.
