Salary
BDL Project Engineer salary starts at ₹30,000/- per month in the first year and increases to ₹39,000/- per month by the fourth year, plus an annual allowance of ₹10,000/- for medical, attire, and footwear expenses. Post: 1st Year | 2nd Year | 3rd Year | 4th Year Project Engineer (All Disciplines): ₹30,000/- pm | ₹33,000/- pm | ₹36,000/- pm | ₹39,000/- pm In addition, ₹10,000/- per year is paid in two instalments towards medical insurance premium, attire allowance, stitching charges, and footwear allowance. The contract is initially for 1 year, extendable up to a maximum of 4 years based on organisational requirement and individual performance.
