Salary
Post Grade: Pay Scale S-5 (Foreman - Chemical/ Civil/ Instrumentation, Jr. Superintendent HR): Rs. 28,500 - 86,570/ - S-3 (Operator, Technician - regular posts): Rs. 25,000 - 81,430/ - S-3 Trainee posts (Operator/ Technician/ Accounts Assistant Trainee): Stipend Rs. 21,000/ - during training Selected candidates will be on probation for one year and will draw initial basic pay in the corresponding pay scale. In addition to Basic Pay, candidates are entitled to: • Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) at applicable rates • Perquisites @ 35% of basic pay • North-East allowance @ 10% of basic pay (if posted in the North-East region) • HRA • Conveyance Maintenance Expenses Reimbursement (CMER) • Medical Facility • Post Retirement Medical Scheme (PRMS) • Defined Contribution Pension Scheme (DCPS) These are admissible as per Company rules in force and as amended from time to time.
Application Fee
Category: Application Fee General / EWS / OBC (NCL): Rs. 200/ - (non-refundable) SC / ST / PwBD: Exempted (subject to submission of certificate at the time of Selection Process) • Payment must be made online only, through the payment gateway integrated with the application. No other mode of payment is accepted. • The fee, once paid, cannot be withdrawn, refunded, or held in reserve for future exams/ selection. • Transaction charges, if any, are to be borne by the candidate.
Selection Process
• Candidates meeting all eligibility criteria (as declared in the online Application Form) will be considered for further Selection Process. • Depending on the number of eligible applicants, the process may involve a single stage or multiple stages. If the number of applications is very high, BCPL may raise the minimum eligibility standards to shortlist candidates. • The Selection Process shall consist of Skill Test / Proficiency Test / Endurance Test / Written Test, and the exact process will be communicated in advance to shortlisted candidates. • The selection process indicated is tentative and may vary depending on administrative/ business requirements or Government of India directives. • Candidates must meet the prescribed medical fitness standards. Eye power criteria: for technical officers, total myopia should not exceed (-)4.00D and hypermetropia should not exceed (+)4.00D in each eye; for non-technical officers, myopia should not exceed (-)8.00D and hypermetropia should not exceed (+)6.00D (for candidates above 20 years). • No travelling expenses are payable to candidates called for the written test.
