The application format is also printed on pages 5 and 6 of the notification. • Fill in the application format and attach the self-attested documents listed below. • Send the application by Registered Post/Speed Post to Dy. General Manager (HR/EE), BCCL, Koyla Bhawan, Dhanbad, PIN – 826005, or by email to [email protected]. • Superscribe "Application for the post of Full time Advisor (Excavation) BCCL" on the envelope; for an email application, write the same words in the subject. • Ensure the application reaches the office by 16.11.2026 by 5.00 PM.
Important Instructions
• Applications received via email/post after 16.11.2026, 5.00 PM in the office of Dy. General Manager (HR/EE), BCCL, Koyla Bhawan, Dhanbad will not be entertained; the company is not responsible for postal delay or loss in transit. • The selected Advisor would be stationed at BCCL, Dhanbad and will report to the Competent Authority as decided by BCCL Management. • The engagement is subject to medical fitness certified by the Company Medical Officer. • Notice period for termination of contract is one month's notice or consolidated compensation amount from either side. • Vigilance/departmental clearance rules apply; for retired officials other than those of Coal India Limited/subsidiaries, CVC circular No. 07/05/21 dated 03.06.2021 on vigilance clearance must be complied with. • The Advisor must keep all information, documents and materials gathered during the engagement confidential and hand them over to the concerned HOD while demitting office. • Marking of biometric attendance is mandatory; other terms and conditions will be as per CIL's policy in vogue. • BCCL reserves the right to change the number of vacancies and cancel/restrict/modify/alter the engagement process without further notice; modifications will be given on CIL's/BCCL's website only.
