Selection Process
The selection process for BoB Recruitment 2026 may comprise Application Scrutiny, an Online Test, a Psychometric Test, and/or a Group Discussion and Personal Interview, as decided by the Bank for each post. • Online Test (if conducted): Tentative structure includes Reasoning (25 questions/25 marks), English Language (25 questions/25 marks), Quantitative Aptitude (25 questions/25 marks), and Professional Knowledge (75 questions/150 marks), for a total of 150 questions/225 marks in 150 minutes. Reasoning, English Language, and Quantitative Aptitude sections are qualifying in nature; only Professional Knowledge marks count toward the final result. There is a penalty of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer. • Psychometric Test/Personal Interview (PI): Conducted to assess personality, communication, problem-solving ability, efficiency, and willingness to work in any part of the country. The minimum qualifying marks for PI are 60% for General & EWS category and 55% for other reserved categories. • Final Selection: Based on combined scores from the Online Test and/or PI, subject to vacancies available under the respective category.

Important Instructions
• Only candidates willing to serve anywhere in India should apply, as selected candidates will be posted at the Bank's absolute discretion. • Selected candidates will be on probation for a period of 12 months. • Candidates selected for JMG/S-I posts must execute a service bond to serve for a minimum of 3 years or pay an amount equivalent to three months' gross salary (not exceeding Rs. 2 lakh) if they leave before completing three years. • Candidates selected for MMG/S-II, MMG/S-III, and SMG/S-IV posts must execute a similar service bond, with the payable amount not exceeding Rs. 3 lakh. • Change of category is not permitted at any stage after registration of the online application. • There is no reservation for Ex-servicemen in the Officers' Cadre. • The number of vacancies, including reserved vacancies, is provisional and may vary according to the Bank's actual requirement. • Not more than one application should be submitted by a candidate; in case of multiple applications, only the latest valid (completed) application will be retained.
