• Download the prescribed application form provided as Annexure A of the advertisement. • Select Cricket, Table Tennis Men or Table Tennis Women. • Enter the role or specialisation for which you are applying. • Complete the personal, educational, sports and local club details. • Attach clear scanned copies of all required certificates and documents. • Sign the completed application form. • Send the application form and documents by email to [email protected]. • Submit the email on or before 28 September 2026.

• Duly filled and signed application form • Recent passport-size photograph • Proof of date of birth • 10th Standard pass certificate or mark sheet • Valid photo identity proof • Sports qualification certificates, awards or medal records • National, international, State, university, Khelo India or school-level participation certificates, as applicable • Brief sports profile or bio-data containing sporting achievements • Local club or team details • Mumbai Cricket Association registration number for Cricket applicants, where applicable • Table Tennis Federation of India ID for Table Tennis applicants, where applicable • Any other relevant document supporting the candidature
