Eligibility
• Asst. Officer GR. I (P&A) / Dy. Officer (P&A): Graduate with Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management/Personnel Management/Industrial Relation/Labor Welfare of one-year duration. Minimum 2 years' experience for S2/4 Years' experience in S3 in Human Resource department in an organisation of repute. Candidate should be conversant with routine HR & Administrative functions of an organisation. Candidates having hands-on factory experience with basic knowledge of Labour laws will be preferred. Excellent organizational communications skills. Working Knowledge of Computers (MS Office, in particular) is a prerequisite for the Job.
Age Limit
• Maximum age limit is 38 years for S2 and 40 years for S3. • Age relaxation will be applicable as per government rules.
Salary
• S2 Grade: Consolidated sum of approximately Rs. 0.43 lakh per month (Rs. 43893/month approx.), inclusive of applicable DA & HRA. Additional allowances for conveyance (Rs. 800/month) and mobile reimbursement (Rs. 200/month). • S3 Grade: Consolidated sum of approximately Rs. 0.47 lakh per month (Rs. 47085/month approx.), inclusive of applicable DA & HRA. Additional allowances for conveyance (Rs. 1500/2000/month) and mobile reimbursement (Rs. 200/month). • Total annual salary is Rs. 6.20 lakh for S2 and Rs. 6.64 lakh for S3, including conveyance and mobile reimbursement, as well as PF contribution & Gratuity as per Act.
