• Use the prescribed application format on page 9 of the official notification (PDF), and write the name of the position you are applying for at the top. • Fill in your personal details, addresses, mobile number, email address, educational qualifications and work experience. • Add any courses or training programs attended, publications and languages known. • Write the mandatory statement of suitability, within 500 words, describing how your qualifications and experience suit the position. • Paste your passport size photo, then sign and date the declaration. • Attach all supporting documents and send the hard copy to the office of the Assam State Biodiversity Board, Aranya Bhawan, 2nd Floor, Panjabari, Guwahati-781037.
