Candidates should not be less than 21 years and not more than 38 years of age as on 01-01-2026. Age is calculated based on the Class-X/Class-XII Examination Admit Card/Pass Certificate/Marksheet issued by a recognized Central/State Board/Council where the Date of Birth is clearly reflected; no other document is accepted for age proof. Salary
Selected candidates will receive Pay Scale plus Grade Pay plus other allowances as admissible to Assam State Government employees from time to time. The Commission will decide the mode of selection considering the status, cadre, and grade of the post, and the number of applications received. The Commission may also conduct the examination/test zone-wise depending on the number of candidates from each district, based on the following six zones. S.
