Eligibility

Age Limit
Candidates must not exceed 50 years as on the last date of submission of online application form (18th May 2026), in accordance with One Time Relaxation vide GoAP Notification No. DMETR-11012(17)/1/2024 dated 7th February 2026. Age relaxation of 5 years is available for Government Servants. Age concession for PwBD candidates and regular Govt. servants of Government of Arunachal Pradesh will be as per Government rules in force.

Category: Application Fee APST Candidates: ₹ 150/- Other Candidates (General/UR): ₹ 200/- PwBD Candidates: NIL PwBD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee as per Section 19 of the Arunachal Pradesh Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2018.
Selection Process
Selection will be made through Viva-Voce / Interview only in accordance with the Arunachal Pradesh Health Service Rules-2000 amended vide Notification No. HFW-1/89(Pt) dated 31/10/2003. The total marks of Interview shall be 100 marks. • Candidates must score a minimum of 50% of the total marks in the interview to qualify for selection (as per Rule XI, Sub-rule (e) of APPSC Manual for Conduct of Examination-2024). • Relaxation for PwBD candidates, if any, shall apply as per the Government notification. • Candidates will be shortlisted for interview based on information provided in the online application form. • Eligible candidates must produce all original certificates/documents/mark sheets at the time of interview. If a candidate is found ineligible during document verification, candidature shall be rejected. • The date for interview of eligible candidates will be notified in due course.

Applications must be submitted online only at https://appsc.gov.in. One Time Registration (OTR) is mandatory before filling the application form. Apply Online – appsc.gov.in 1. Complete One Time Registration (OTR): Visit https://appsc.gov.in and mandatorily register for OTR before filling the online application form. Candidates who have already registered in OTR can directly log in with the same user ID and password. 2. Fill the Online Application Form: The online application link will be active from 17th April 2026 (1700 hrs) to 18th May 2026 (1700 hrs). Fill all details carefully and accurately. The application form once submitted within the last date shall be complete in all respects — no additional time will be provided for further changes. 3. Upload Required Documents: Upload scanned copies of all required documents (as listed in Point E of the notification) in the prescribed format and file size. Ensure all uploads are clear and self-attested. 4. Pay Application Fee: Pay the applicable fee — ₹150/- for APST candidates, ₹200/- for others. PwBD candidates are exempted.
