The forwarding authority must certify that the entries have been verified from records and that no disciplinary/vigilance proceedings are pending or contemplated and no major/minor penalties were imposed during the last ten years (the last page of the form is filled by the PSU/Ministry/Department concerned). • If you are retired, submit the application directly and ensure that the relevant documents required from your previous employer are forwarded, as applicable. • Make sure the application reaches the address by 25 November 2026, 5.30 PM. Applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
Important Instructions
• Applications received without the CR dossiers/ACRs and vigilance clearance, or with incomplete information, will not be entertained. • APGENCO will not entertain any information furnished by the candidate after submission. • If any information is found false, incomplete or not in conformity with the eligibility criteria, the candidature or appointment will be revoked or terminated at any stage, even after selection or joining. • Candidates must not furnish false, tampered or fabricated information or suppress material information. • Under the declaration, a candidate who gives unwillingness after the interview, before the appointment is processed or after the offer of appointment, may be debarred for two years from consideration for a Board level post in any PSU under the administrative control of the Energy Department, Govt. of A.P., other than his or her own. • APGENCO reserves the right to modify or cancel the notification and/or the recruitment process without assigning any reason. • Only the Courts, Tribunals/Forums at Vijayawada have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this notification.
